Abstract

To carry out this integrated project, the company 4Queen's was chosen. Beauty, which is part of the cosmetics retail trade, working only with vegan products, that is, products that are not tested on animals and that are developed with natural raw material, so that it does not harm the environment. This company was chosen because it is inserted in the field of cosmetic products, an area that has been growing and developing a lot in Brazil. This project aims to present three Labor Liabilities and the impact that they can generate in the company's Accounting and financial situation, as well as find ways to solve these liabilities and ways to manage them in the short and long term. long term. Initially, it will be explained how each of the chosen liabilities occurs, how they were generated and what are the solutions to solve them. After identification and resolution of liabilities, the value of each one and the impacts generated will be calculated. Finally, analyzes of some indicators will be made to identify the situation of the company in the face of this scenario.
