Abstract

In this scientific article, the theme “the evolution of coffee management over the years” was addressed, this culture underwent several changes, but that helped it to maintain its profits, everywhere development process was carried out with the help of the coffee grower from Caconde Paulo Moreira, the himself has more than 20 years of experience with grain management and has lived through this transition. The importance of culture for the economy of the eastern region of São Paulo was also addressed, the culture forms part of a large part of its economy and is the main means of survival of several families in the region.
