Abstract

In this present work, our objective as students is to develop transformations positive feedback on the company ”Canal BW”. Today the company is inserted in a great market, with great potential for long-term growth and development, but for that company needs help to organize itself better and be able to walk a path with more ease. In the first phase of the project we identified the main discomforts of the company to be worked on, such as task organization, time management, cost management, improvement in production processes, among other points.
