Abstract
It is a consultation formulated by Eduardo on the functions of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, public servant responsibility, environmental civil responsibility and guarantee of the minimum benefit. The consultant left his parents' house, a farm in Taquaruçu, to study International Relations in Brasília. When his father passed away, he guided his mother to move in with the family and left the property in the care of Quinzinho.
