dc.description.abstractn this part of the Integrated Project (IP) the project objective should be described (in this case, an analysis of the logistics strategy of a real company and its impacts related to the final cost of the products). The goal of the project is to put into practice the learning we had in the strategic cost management and value chain management classes. In this project we highlight the company Soufer which was the company chosen to help us elaborate and put into practice everything we have learned so far. Below are related the concepts and some examples most used in the business sector of the company, elaborated with what we learned during the teaching.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoNesta parte do Projeto Integrado (PI) deve ser descrito o objetivo do projeto (no caso, a análise sobre a estratégia em logística de uma empresa real e seus impactos relacionados ao custo final dos produtos). O objetivo do projeto é colocar em prática o aprendizado que tivemos nas aulas de gestão estratégica de custos e gestão da cadeia de valor. Nesse projeto destacamos a empresa Soufer que foi a empresa escolhida para nos ajudar a elaborar e por em prática tudo o que aprendemos até aqui. Logo abaixo estão relacionados os conceitos e alguns exemplos mais usados no setor de atuação da empresa, elaborada com o que apendemos durante o ensino.pt_BR
