The Integrated Project will address the construction of the business budget in the organization, its importance and what processes are in place for economic projections to take place in the expected manner. we will comment in this topic on Sales Budget, Operating Expenses Budget and Business Budget; where the projection will be made for three periods of revenue and expenses based on the country's current economic and market factors.
