| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this project that begins here is based on the creation of a new company, establishment of its corporate name, definitions of the business point and admission of employees. Thinking about a fictitious company, but seeking to reflect situations very close to reality, we will also be simulating some labor liabilities that could happen in this particular case, with the employees of this new venture. We hope with this reflection to reach the objective of mirroring reality and to verify if we would be prepared for issues related to the management of labor liabilities and corporate rights / structuring, as well as the subjects of study proposed in this unit. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | O objetivo desse projeto que aqui se inicia, está fundamentado na criação de uma nova empresa, estabelecimento de sua razão social, definições do ponto empresarial e admissão de empregados Pensando em uma empresa fictícia, porém buscando refletir situações bem próximas à realidade, estaremos simulando também alguns passivos trabalhistas que poderiam acontecer nesse determinado caso, com os colaboradores desse novo empreendimento. Esperamos com essa reflexão alcançar o objetivo de espelhar a realidade e verificar se estaríamos preparados para questões relacionadas à gestão de passivos trabalhistas e direitos/ estruturação empresariais, assim como os temas de estudo propostos nessa unidade. | pt_BR |
