Our project aims to demonstrate the growth and projection of diversity of gender, race, people with disabilities and age in the area of technology in 2020 and in the coming years. It is well known how the ICT sector market has been growing in recent years, an area that in the past was generally occupied by men, now also affects women, and with this the ICT sector is increasingly growing, generating jobs and working conditions. better, as is the case with the home office, where a productive, profitable environment with quality of life is created for both the employer and the employee.
