Abstract
The purpose of this Integrated Project is to understand and write about the
positions and salaries at the Ynner company, seeking to understand its structure, functions, attributions and
responsibilities of each position, in addition to salary specifications.
With this, our purpose is to assist the organization in the development of
employee motivation and engagement, in addition to improving your employer branding –
concept that concerns the construction of an employer brand that seeks to establish a
identity capable of attracting and retaining talent, establishing the company as a place where
people want to work.
Therefore, the search and acquisition of new talents, in addition to retaining those
who are already part of the staff, will be facilitated.
“It has become essential to position the Human Resources area in the face of this
question. It was then that many programs emerged to attract and retain talent, or
key people for the company. Among the numerous programs for this purpose, the
remuneration systems became extremely important and had to be
rethought in all its forms. Companies that didn't care about this
began to compete at a disadvantage with the others.” (FRANCO, 2011, p. 14).
Together, we will study your recruitment and selection process, which involves
