McDonald’s is one of the best known brands in the world, today with around 30,000 restaurants and more than 1.5 million employees spread across 121 countries. Its turnover in 2001 worldwide reached the mark of US $ 40.6 billion and today it registers an average of 46 million customers served per day or about 17 billion per year.
