Abstract

It is a consultation in which the interested party, Márcio Dias, exposes facts, indicates legal doubts and requests the opinion of those present, who subscribe to him, about the following facts: On an internal decision coming from a political party that, in agreement with notes and recommendations , denied the consultant the possibility of being elected as Federal Deputy of the State of São Paulo due to ineligibility, since his father was assigned to the position of State Governor of São Paulo and would also be a candidate for re-election with a high chance to be re-elected; collection action pending in a court outside his residence, considering that he currently resides in the city of São Paulo/SP, where, in a decision, the magistrate grants the plaintiff's claim for the collection of the defendant's personal statement ( consultant) and designates a face-to-face instruction hearing in the district of the city of Mogi das Cruzes/SP; Regarding the collection action against the company of Márcio Dias - MD TECHNOLOGIES - proposed by the company PNTM Security, which provided services to the defendant company, which in the exordial alleges default by the debtor, such plaintiff, consecutively, requests the judge for disregard of the company's legal personality so that the owner, as an individual, is included as a defendant in the action, namely Márcio Dias.
