Abstract
Analyzing this situation that was presented, it is worth highlighting that with the support and dedication of all parties involved, over time this may not happen again, and assuming that the teacher must be the mediator and the student the protagonist. And based on the fact that the teacher, throughout the school days, not only knows the academic abilities of his students, but also observes each one's behavior in society, the way he deals with his colleagues and the way he reacts to various situations. Therefore, the teacher can distinguish when certain games stop being healthy and become aggressive, called bullying. When such games become repetitive and the target student begins to move away and change their way of being, it is essential that the school takes an initiative. Based on the fact mentioned above, it can be concluded that when reaching that point where the student feels obliged to interrupt the class so that he can ask for help, the teacher, together with the teaching staff, should already be aware that such jokes are taking place. happening and with this, through a meeting with representatives from all sides, parents, both sides and teaching staff, reach a decision that puts an end to this situation and that sets an example so that no more episodes occur.
