Abstract

In this Integrated Project (IP), we will talk about the importance of Budget Management for companies, and we will explain about the sales budget and the operating expenses budget, we will also make a projection of the chosen company's revenues and expenses through its DRE, for three periods. In addition, the Strategic Tax Management will be discussed, where we will explain a little about the Actual Profit, Presumed Profit and Simples Nacional.
