Abstract
The position of organizations regarding capital is increasingly evident.

attitudes that each member of a team presents in the day to day of work have great
impact on any company's performance. They affect interpersonal relationships
among employees, which consequently influences the results of the
organization. Hence the importance of studying human behavior,
individually and as a team. Communication is essential for the organization
survive and have a good relationship with these different audiences. But she just gives
through the interaction process that the company develops. so that communication
has the expected effect, it needs to be clear. Communicating is not just passing a
information forward, but rather being able to speak and be understood. A team that doesn't
