| dc.description.abstract | For the development of this Integrated Project, the company Acolhe was chosen Ltd. With the help of the subjects of this module, an analysis of the values and impacts of Labor Liabilities on the company, generated by employees. Initially, based on the concepts covered in the discipline of Management of Labor Liabilities, the definition, development and solution of the overtime, overdue vacations and deviation from function. From the definition of liabilities, calculations were performed, based on the Selic rate and, with the definition of these values, the demonstration of how much represents, in percentage, within the company and what impact these values will have, in relation to DRE, Balance Sheet, Profit Margin, ROI etc. After the collected data, an analysis of the company's situation was carried out, in order to to identify and assist in actions that can prevent future cases. All development was carried out, respectively, with the help of teachers Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira (Management of Labor Liabilities), Prof. Mariangela Martimbianco Santos (Quantitative Methods applied to Business), Pro Renata E. de Alencar Marcondes (Applied Statistics), Prof Danilo Doval (General Accounting) and Prof Dirceu Fernandes Batista (Corporate Finance). | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Para desenvolvimento deste Projeto Integrado, foi escolhida a empresa Acolhe Ltda. Com o auxílio das disciplinas deste módulo, foi realizada a análise dos valores e impactos de Passivos Trabalhistas na empresa, gerados por funcionários. Inicialmente, com base nos conceitos abordados na disciplina de Gestão de Passivos Trabalhistas, foi realizada a definição, desenvolvimento e solução dos passivos trabalhistas de horas extras, férias vencidas e desvio de função. A partir da definição dos passivos, foram realizados os cálculos, baseados na Taxa Selic e, com a definição desses valores, foi realizado a demonstração do quanto representa, percentualmente, dentro da empresa e qual o impacto que esses valores terão, em relação a DRE, Balanço Patrimonial, Margem de Lucro, ROI etc. Após os dados coletados, realizou-se uma análise da situação da empresa, a fim de identificar e auxiliar em ações que possam prevenir futuros casos. Todo o desenvolvimento foi realizado, respectivamente, com o auxílio dos professores Prof. Marcelo Ferreira Siqueira (Gestão de Passivos Trabalhistas), Prof Mariangela Martimbianco Santos (Métodos Quantitativos aplicados aos Negócios), Pro Renata E. de Alencar Marcondes (Estatística Aplicada), Prof Danilo Doval (Contabilidade Geral) e Prof Dirceu Fernandes Batista (Finanças Corporativas). | pt_BR |
