This is a consultation formulated by Isabel, a Venezuelan residing in Brazil, with the aim of analyzing the legal consequences arising from actions taken by her; her boss, Marcelo; and her husband, Joseph; in addition to legal consequences arising from an accident in which he suffered on public transport.
