Abstract

This article aims to present the importance of financial statements in a succinct way, briefly describing two of the main ones, their structures and uses in the internal and external environment. For the development of this research, it was used as a basis the reading of the book Accounting Demonstrations - From Theory to Practice and the knowledge acquired during the Accounting Sciences graduation.
