| dc.description.abstract | The present academic paper “LIABILITIES IN COMPANIES” aims to reflect on possible labor liabilities that could occur not only at the time of dismissal of an employee, but also facts and conditions that may generate these liabilities in companies, as well as the prevention by part of the company managers. During this dissertation, we will approach the labor legislation in Brazil, the Consolidation of the Labor Laws, the labor reform and consequently we will go through the labor relations between employer and employee, their obligations and rights and finally, in a quick brushstroke, we will talk about the doctrines and jurisprudence adopted by the egregious Superior Labor Court. As an example and application of the subjects covered in the study module “Labor Liability Management”, we will use a company from the retail sector located in the city of Poços de Caldas-MG that currently has 15 employees. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | O presente trabalho acadêmico “PASSIVOS TRABALHISTAS NAS EMPRESAS” tem como objetivo refletir sobre possíveis passivos trabalhistas que poderiam ocorrer não apenas no momento da demissão de algum funcionário, mas também fatos e ou condições que podem gerar esses passivos nas empresas, assim como a prevenção por parte dos gestores da companhia. Durante esta dissertação, iremos abordar a legislação trabalhista no Brasil, a Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho, a reforma trabalhista e consequentemente passaremos pelas relações trabalhista entre empregador e empregado, suas obrigações e direitos e por fim, em rápidas pinceladas, discorreremos sobre as doutrinas e jurisprudências adotadas pelo egrégio Tribunal Superior do Trabalho. Como exemplo e aplicação dos assuntos abordados no módulo de estudo “Gestão de Passivos Trabalhistas”, iremos utilizar uma empresa do setor varejista localizado na cidade de Poços de Caldas-MG que atualmente conta dos 15 colaboradores. | pt_BR |
