| dc.description.abstract | We will carry out the business consulting project based on Agropecuária Rio Verde which is located in Itobi - SP and we aim to improve the marketing areas for the company to increase its income. Bearing this in mind, it will used the knowledge acquired in Fundamentals of Accounting to present the Balance Sheet (BP) and Income Statement (DRE) of the company and perform vertical and horizontal analysis. Following this, we will carry out the analysis of liquidity, indebtedness and profitability of the company so that potential investors can ponder the points for a possible future investment. In Fundamentals of Administration we will demonstrate the administrative evaluation, which includes strategic positioning, analysis of customers and competitors, and structure organization of the company. In the Finance part, we will conceptualize the net present value and use the selic rate of 13.75% to bring the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 to the present value of 2021. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Realizaremos o projeto de consultoria empresarial com base na Agropecuária Rio Verde que situa-se em Itobi - SP e temos o objetivo de melhorar os âmbitos mercadológicos para que a empresa venha ter um aumento no seu rendimento. Tendo isso em mente será usado os conhecimentos adquiridos em Fundamentos de Contabilidade para apresentar o Balanço Patrimonial (BP) e a Demonstração do Resultado do Exercício (DRE) da empresa e realizar a análise vertical e horizontal. Seguindo assim, realizaremos a análise de liquidez, de endividamento e da lucratividade da empresa para que possíveis investidores consigam ponderar os pontos para um possível investimento futuro. Em Fundamentos de Administração demonstraremos a avaliação administrativa, que inclui o posicionamento estratégico, a análise de clientes e concorrentes e a estrutura organizacional da empresa. Na parte de Finanças conceituaremos o valor presente líquido e usaremos a taxa selic de 13,75% para trazer os anos de 2022, 2023 e 2024 para o valor presente de 2021. | pt_BR |
