Abstract
This is a query carried out by Marcio Dias, owner of the company MD Technologies. The consultant intends to obtain more information about the possibility of being a candidate for federal deputy in the state of São Paulo, where his father holds the position of Governor of the State. He also wants a position regarding the mandatory physical appearance at a hearing designated for his personal testimony, for which he was duly summoned. It also aims to know about the possibility of disregarding the legal personality of your company due to the dilapidation of assets. Finally, he seeks a legal thesis that can be alleged in his defense in criminal proceedings, since he was unaware of the prohibition of the conduct he came to practice.
