Abstract
The title of the PI is “JOB AND SALARY PLAN”, whose purpose is to
describe the structure of the job and salary plan of a real company, as well as
address your recruitment and selection process.
The company chosen for this work is Unifeob - Centro Universitário
Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, as it is a large company, with a
educational purpose.
