Abstract

This is a consultation formulated by Isabel on: (a) the possibility for the consultant to receive the maternity salary, despite the fact that, in the records of the National Social Security Institute (INSS), there is no contribution on her behalf; (b) the feasibility of holding the Public Power accountable for the damage sustained by the applicant as a result of an accident suffered by the vehicle of the concessionaire responsible for the transport service; (c) the possibility of a foreign judgment becoming effective in Brazilian territory; (d) mandatory payment of the Rural Territorial Tax, charged by the Brazilian Federal Revenue; and (e) validity of the assessment carried out by a federated entity other than the one that carried out the environmental licensing.
