| dc.description.abstract | In this integrated project, we will study as the main theme, job plans and wages, using the company Magazine Luiza S/A as a case study base, and we will describe it in a historical way within the labor market. We will delve into research in the company and describe how to use of jobs, salaries and career plans in practice, in addition to defining job plans and wages along the stage for its implementation. We will also comment on recruitment and selection processes relating in the day-to-day experience of the chosen company together with its tools, we will talk about its concepts and stages, to the feedback after the process, how to speak, act, break the news to the participants, whether the expected response was good or not. Finally, we will work on practical training for life, in order to be used on a day-to-day basis, helping candidates in selection processes, from resume to interview. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Neste projeto integrado, iremos estudar como tema principal, planos de cargos e salários, usando como base de estudo de caso a empresa Magazine Luiza S/A, e iremos descrever a mesma de forma histórica dentro do mercado de trabalho. Iremos nos aprofundar em pesquisa na empresa e descrever como é a utilização de cargos, salários e planos de carreiras na prática, além de definir os planos de cargos e salários junto a etapa para a sua implantação. Comentaremos também sobre processos de recrutamento e seleção relacionando na vivência do dia a dia da empresa escolhida junto suas ferramentas, falaremos de seus conceitos e etapas, até a devolutiva após processo, como falar, agir, dar a notícia para os participantes, sendo boas ou não a resposta esperada. Por fim faremos um trabalho na prática em formação para vida, de forma a serem usados no dia-a-dia, ajudando candidatos em processos seletivos, desde o currículo até a entrevista. | pt_BR |
