Abstract

This project will describe the analysis of the social impacts caused by the implementation of an Environmental Management system. For this, the company Natura Cosméticos S/A, located in the city of São Paulo - SP, will be analyzed. During the course of the project will be analyzed, with approaches in the Environmental Management system: environment, business and corporate responsibility, environmental management system, ISO 14001 standards, as well as labor relations in contemporary society, economic systems and social impacts, and sociology at work, ending with the care for the environment.
