Abstract

This article guides us on the importance of retaining talent within organizations, where ensuring that the company will keep good employees is extremely important for its future. In the text, concepts and tools used to evaluate the performance of employees will be presented, so that it makes it possible to raise the performance of employees in a degree of excellence, aiming at their main qualities, based on a case study that took place in the city of São João da Boa Vista, Sao Paulo. Methodologies adopted by companies qualified as the best companies to work for (GPTW) will also be described in the text. The result we intend to obtain with this document is to increase opportunities for employees within the organization they work for, making companies pay greater attention to those seeking professional development.
