Abstract
Ruby's Delivery, was the company chosen to carry out the project due to its
small size, since that way we can see the company more clearly
able to perform a good analysis. The objective of the project is to learn in a practical way
each subject taught during the semester, using the subject Department
personnel to verify that the activities carried out by the employees are in accordance with
the CBO, check that payments are being paid in accordance with the CLT and
identify and correct any deviations. The contribution of the subject Positions Salary and
Career plan was to analyze, through job mapping, the functions that the
employee exercise, identifying any deviation from function, proposing changes if
