Abstract

The current Integrated Project aims to address the LABOR LIABILITIES of employees, both on admission to their rights throughout their career in the company. Workers began to have their labor rights under the government of Getúlio Vargas on November 10, 1937 known as the beginning of the new state, where the first laws were incremented by the companies until the formation of the CLT, created by Decree Law No. 5,452, May 1, 1943.
