Abstract

The work was developed through the creation of the company Carmo & Paiva S.A, based on Labor Liability Management and Fundamentals of Law and Corporate Structuring. In which the company will have its main activities in the retail business, focusing on better customer service and having quality products at fair prices. In order for the company to excel in its results, several factors have been thought and executed, focusing on good hires to avoid potential labor liabilities, having a suitable place to perform its functions and activities, having a strategic business point and being a company anonymous governed by the laws.
