Abstract

In this Integrated Project (IP), whose theme is “POSITION AND SALARY PLAN”, we will talk about the fancy-named company Dr. Mais Clinic, about its Position Plans, Salaries and their Descriptions, Recruitment, Selection and their Types. The present study aims to demonstrate the importance of implementing this Planning and how it can be effective with its methods.
