Abstract

When talking about Economic Development, we are talking about a process of gradual improvement in the quality of life of society and of the country or region where this society is inserted, through policies for the well-being of the population. Business Development, on the other hand, consists of strengthening entrepreneurial and innovative management of industries and companies through short, medium and long-term courses, aimed at developing new skills, knowledge, abilities and attitudes that directly and indirectly benefit companies, industries, organizations , and also society. This Integrated Project also addresses an important topic to consume and understand that a lot of investment is still needed in education, public policies and everyone's will to have a harmonious coexistence among society as a whole, where respect and empathy leave the "paper" and become part of everyone's daily life.
