dc.description.abstractIn this project, the objective is to carry out a theoretical analysis on the structure of the independent auditors' report, in addition, to comment and analyze the items and sections of the structure of the independent auditors' report on the Financial Statements without modification, in addition, to analyze the report of a real company in terms of structure, type and whether it complies with NBCTA 700. The company Itaú Unibanco Holding SA was chosen by mutual agreement between the team to carry out the analyses. It will also be discussed in this project how is the structure of an accounting expert report and the differentiation of the processes of mediation, conciliation and accounting arbitration.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoNeste projeto o objetivo é realizar uma análise teórica sobre a estrutura do relatório de auditoria independente, além disso, comentar a analisar os itens e seções da estrutura do relatório de auditores independentes sobre as Demonstrações Contábeis sem modificação, além disso, analisar o relatório de uma empresa real quanto à estrutura, o tipo e se está de acordo com a NBCTA 700. Sendo escolhida, em comum acordo entre a equipe, a empresa Itaú Unibanco Holding S.A para a realização das análises. Também será abordado neste projeto como é a estrutura de um laudo pericial contábil e a diferenciação dos processos de mediação, conciliação e arbitragem contábil.pt_BR
