This work aims to carry out an analysis of the strategy in logistics used by the company Natura Cosméticos S.A and its impacts in relation to the final product cost. According to Martins (2002, p. 14), business logistics is a process of “Efficient and effective planning, implementation and control of the flow and storage of goods, services and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption in order to meet customer needs.
