Abstract

The objective of the elaboration of this Integrated Project entitled “PERFORMANCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES”, is to carry out an analysis of the techniques and models of performance evaluation practiced by the company chosen by the team, as well as to seek the understanding, in a dynamic way, of its processes diagnosis of training and development needs. Its content will address information about the company's values and concepts, its identity and reflections of its culture during the analysis and corporate development processes.
