| dc.description.abstract | This is a consultation made by Mr. Adalto, with the aim of legal assistance, as reported:Adalto was the illegitimate child that Mr. Gumercindo had in an extramarital relationship. The bastard knew that Joan (who was murdered) was his sister, although she ignored her existence, dying imagining that she was the patriarch's only child. The house in which Adalto lived was one of the properties belonging to Mr. Gumercindo, which allowed his son and concubine to live in it, without ever charging anything in terms of rent. | dc.description.resumo | Trata-se de uma consulta formulada por Sr. Adalto, com o objetivo de assistência jurídica, conforme relatado:Adalto era o filho ilegítimo que o Sr. Gumercindo teve em um relacionamento extraconjugal. O bastardo sabia que Joana (a qual foi assassinada) era sua irmã, embora ela ignorasse a sua existência, vindo a óbito imaginando ser filha única do patriarca. A casa em que Adalto residia era um dos imóveis pertencentes ao Sr.Gumercindo, que nele permitia a moradia do filho e da concubina, sem jamais haver cobrado nada referente a aluguéis. Com a morte de Joana, Adalto investigou a existência do inventário dos bens de seu falecido pai, e no curso dessa pesquisa soube que Joana tinha um único filho, de nome Guilherme, já formado em medicina, que residia e exercia funções na cidade do Rio de Janeiro, o qual não tinha contato com a mãe por não aceitar seu modo de tratar as pessoas. | pt_BR |
