Abstract

This is a consultation made by Mr. Adalto, with the aim of legal assistance, as reported:Adalto was the illegitimate child that Mr. Gumercindo had in an extramarital relationship. The bastard knew that Joan (who was murdered) was his sister, although she ignored her existence, dying imagining that she was the patriarch's only child. The house in which Adalto lived was one of the properties belonging to Mr. Gumercindo, which allowed his son and concubine to live in it, without ever charging anything in terms of rent.
