Abstract
The Pet shop Petz was founded in 2002, on Av Marginal Tietê, in the city of São Paulo, initially with the name Pet Center Marginal after Sergio Zimerman declared bankruptcy at Atacadão Super Brasil, after arousing the interest of a North American investment fund called Warburg Pincus, was renamed Petz, a store focused on pets, in addition to products for the home and garden.
