Abstract

The objective of this Integrated Project is to describe and conceptualize about Positions, Salaries, Career Plan, Personnel Administration and Labor Obligations, discuss the importance of this information and operations for companies. Petróleo Brasileiro S/A - PETROBRAS is used as a Case Study, where a counterpoint of the presented concepts is performed. Finally, a dissertation on Career Management is created, providing the importance of self-knowledge and the opening of opportunities.
