Abstract

The Project was carried out with the objective of expanding our knowledge on Fundamentals of Law, Corporate Structuring and Labor Liability Management. Through the proposal of creating a new business it was possible to realize the importance of these disciplines in the organizations routine, being essential that the administrator have a broad view of the rules and rules that govern the management of companies in general, as well as protect the integrity of the company.
