Abstract

Communication is a very well-known and used term, its meaning, in short, consists of an exchange of messages, which can be written, spoken or gestured; between the sender (who communicates something) and the receiver (who hears something). Nowadays, companies are increasingly concerned and aware of the importance of keeping employees engaged and motivated to achieve sustainable development. Strengthening teamwork in companies can appear in most institutions, but the vast majority have difficulties putting theories into practice.
