Abstract
This Integrated Project aims to show the company Cacau Show and how it performs its process and its Logistics Strategy. When the company was analyzed and taking into account its experience with more than 1800 (one thousand eight hundred) stores and 35 years in the company, it could be observed that it has technology as a priority to automate its logistics and transport management. Throughout this project, it will be portrayed how the company applies and identifies the distribution of products among franchisees that have and are closer to the delivery addresses, methods used, also including, above all, the online store and its partnership with IFood. The aim is the aim: to carry out an analysis of the performance of Logistics Strategy, addressing its process and how it is developed.
