Abstract

This project aims to use knowledge acquired through Human Computer Interface and Probability Statistics subjects to carry out and create a statistical analysis of data. To carry out this project, the group used data from a company that delivers your product. In the material developed, the objective was to identify, understand, list and present the reasons that made the NPS indicator (Net Promoter Score or Level of service) perform poorly in the latest searches related to Last Mile (last stage of the supply chain). The model company for this project hires third parties to carry out the delivery. The NPS indicator is very important for the company, complaints negatively impacted the NPS Indicator, a KPI that is always exposed to Stakeholders of the organization
