Gol Linhas Aéreas was founded in early 2001 and in a few years became a of the country's main airlines. Gol Linhas Aéreas' first flight was operated on January 15, 2001 and, 10 years later, the company has, together with TAM, 80% of the Brazilian market. It is, therefore, the 2nd largest airline in the country. The great highlight of Gol Linhas Aéreas has always been to offer passengers extremely competitive prices with the guarantee of comfortable aircraft and services of excellent quality.
