| dc.description.abstract | This Integrated Project aims to analyze the positions, salaries and career, personnel administration and labor obligations of the company Ambev. THE Ambev was born in 1999, from the merger between Cervejaria Brahma and Companhia Antarctica. Ambev is recognized worldwide for its beer brands and for account of Guaraná Antártico, which takes the name of Brazil to every corner. The choice of this company is due to the fact that it is a reference in its field of acting. In addition, it was possible to find most of the data necessary for the realization of this work, on the BOVESPA website. The decision was made jointly by the group, which came together online to study together and define the important points to be worked on in this project. The IP contributes much for learning and fixing the subjects available on the digital platform. In the discipline Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, we can identify and understand the system adopted by Ambev. In the subject of Administration of Personnel and Labor Obligations, it was possible to understand how recruitment, selection, feedbacks and norms are carried out labor. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Este Projeto Integrado tem como objetivo analisar os cargos, salários e plano de carreira, administração de pessoal e obrigações trabalhistas da empresa Ambev. A Ambev nasceu em 1999, da união entre a Cervejaria Brahma e a Companhia Antarctica. A Ambev é reconhecida no mundo inteiro por suas marcas de cerveja e por conta do Guaraná Antártico, que leva o nome do Brasil para todos os cantos. A escolha desta empresa se deve ao fato de que ela é referência no seu ramo de atuação. Além disso, foi possível encontrar a grande parte dos dados necessários para a realização deste trabalho, no site da BOVESPA. A decisão foi tomada em conjunto pelo grupo, que se uniu online para estudar junto e definir os pontos importantes a serem trabalhados neste projeto. O PI contribui muito para o aprendizado e fixação das matérias disponíveis na plataforma digital. Na disciplina Cargos, Salários e Plano de Carreira, podemos identificar e entender qual é o sistema adotado pela Ambev. Já na disciplina de Administração de Pessoal e Obrigações Trabalhistas, foi possível compreender como é feito o recrutamento, seleção, feedbacks e normas trabalhistas. | pt_BR |
