Abstract
This Integrated Project aims to analyze the positions, salaries and
career, personnel administration and labor obligations of the company Ambev. THE
Ambev was born in 1999, from the merger between Cervejaria Brahma and Companhia Antarctica.
Ambev is recognized worldwide for its beer brands and for
account of Guaraná Antártico, which takes the name of Brazil to every corner.
The choice of this company is due to the fact that it is a reference in its field of
acting. In addition, it was possible to find most of the data necessary for the
realization of this work, on the BOVESPA website.
The decision was made jointly by the group, which came together online to study
together and define the important points to be worked on in this project. The IP contributes
much for learning and fixing the subjects available on the digital platform.
In the discipline Positions, Salaries and Career Plan, we can identify and
understand the system adopted by Ambev.
In the subject of Administration of Personnel and Labor Obligations, it was
possible to understand how recruitment, selection, feedbacks and norms are carried out
labor.
