Abstract

This project was developed with a real company, with the aim of analyzing the ways of working at Big Solution Informática based in Espírito Santo do Pinhal - SP, regarding the development training policy, together with the performance evaluation and complementing it with the content training for life leading today and some other aspects of personal and behavioral management within the processes mentioned above.
