Abstract

The project aims to create a console system for collecting and analyzing data data on orders placed at the restaurant, aiming to optimize and identify the most sold, the busiest days of the week and improve the experience offered. THE system will be responsible for categorizing customers into different profiles, such as recurring, warm customers and those in their first contact, based on data such as name, telephone and forms of contact, such as telephone or social media. Additionally, the system will record the reason for contact, which may involve reservations, delivery requests or clarification of doubts. Through this information collection, the system will allow restaurant managers offer a more personalized service, adapted to the needs of each client. THE Analysis of this data will make it possible to identify patterns of behavior and preferences, which will facilitate the implementation of more targeted marketing strategies and the optimization of services provided. In this way, the system will not only support operational efficiency, but will also contribute to building a closer and more lasting relationship with the customers. In addition to the benefits for the restaurant, the project aims to promote an environment of learning for the employees involved, enabling them to use technology creative and effective way to solve real problems. The solution also integrates practices of sustainability with the aim of benefiting not only the restaurant, but also the local community in which it operates, creating a positive impact on development social and business. In the project, technology will play a crucial role in implementing the system and restaurant operation, the console system will facilitate data collection as will allow us to better understand customer preferences and thus collect data important for board decision-making
