ANÁLISE​ ​FINANCEIRA​ ​E​ ​ECONÔMICA​ ​COM​ ​BASE EM​ ​INDICADORES​ ​PARA​ ​TOMADA​ ​DE​ ​DECISÃO <AMBEV​ ​S.A.>

Abstract

This interdisciplinary project aims to make a financial and economic analysis of the company Ambev S.A based on its indicators. We chose this company because of the ease of access to the accounting statements available on the São Paulo Stock Exchange website, and the ease of finding financial and economic information in the media as it leads the beverage industry in Brazil. During the Controlling module of the Accounting Sciences course, subjects and concepts essential for the development of this project were addressed, as follows the summaries of each unit of study: The contribution of the unit Controllership in this project took place by applying some content to the information obtained in the company such as performance indicators, the construction of two strategic planning models (Swot Model and Porter's Five Competitive Forces Model) and the construction Balanced Scorecard (BSC).
