Abstract

Natura has an enormous production capacity and excellent prospects for growth estimating to reach a mark of 450 million product units produced. In this way, it invests approximately R$ 205 million, being one of the the company's operations centers is one of the most modern of its kind in Latin America, precisely for this reason the objective of this presentation is to represent in a clear and detailed the steps of how logistics should be formed by a process of planning, implementation and control of the efficient and effective flow of goods, services and related information from the point of origin to the point of consumption for the purpose of meeting customers' requirements with the company's products Natura which consist of: Hygienic products, Fragrances and Cosmetics.
