Abstract
The objective of our Integrated Project is to expand our knowledge in the disciplines
that we are studying: Positions, Salaries, Career Plan, Personnel Administration and
Labor Obligations based on surveys carried out with Empresa Help!
Franchising Participações Ltda, which is a representative company of Banco BMG,
so we will describe its structure in the Career Plan process and how
contributed to demonstrate the importance of establishing the internal balance and
external to the organization, clearly defining the attributions of each one! Already in classes
Personnel Administration and Labor Obligations were important in making us
understand Recruitment and Selection within organizations, as such processes are
responsible for the formation of teams that will take the company to the desired stage,
however, on the other hand, as the wrong hires can lead to a series of
