Abstract
This work presents the development of a business plan for the opening of a vegetarian restaurant in the city of Campinas, in the State of São Paulo. The general objective is to analyze the financial feasibility of the project. To carry out the study, a theoretical review was made on vegetarian diet and entrepreneurship, in addition to a review on the business plan and its respective elements, we will also analyze the entrepreneurial management of the new business.
